Processing Time

Processing time is different from shipping time: processing time is the time it takes to get an order ready to ship.

Processing time takes 1-2 business days, depending on the time of purchase.  


Shipping Methods and Time

US: orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express, which takes 1-8 business days. 

International: orders ship USPS First Class, Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express.
Priority Mail ships between 6-10 business days, excluding time spent in customs. 

* I will do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on USPS's system and possible delays. 

** Beginning April 1st, 2022, please note that dolls sold internationally on Etsy will have a different pricing than dolls sold on Shopify to North America (15% increase) -- this is due to difference in fee systems between the two platforms. Thank you for your understanding.


Customs and Import Taxes

International packages may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or other fees by the destination country.

The buyer is responsible for paying those additional charges.
These charges can vary widely, and are often based on the price and type of the item purchased.
These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country.
The customs process for the destination country can delay packages by up to 6 weeks.
This delay does not happen often, but it can happen.
I am not responsible for delays due to USPS or customs.

Shipping/Delivery Address

Orders will be shipped to the address listed at checkout, and not the billing address for the payment method used.

Please double check to make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
However, if you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please reach out to me as soon as possible so I can address your package correctly.

Orders are typically dropped off at the post office within 24 hours of placement during business days.


Cancellations

I accept cancellation requests within 1 hour of purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

I do not accept exchanges.
If you change your mind about an order, please cancel within 1 hour of placement.

I do accept returns

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery to request a return, and return item within 7 days of the return request.
After the return request, I will provide a return item form, which the buyer may fill out. 
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the item(s) must be returned in their original, unused state to be eligible for refund.
A refund will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s) in perfect condition.
This refund includes the initial shipping purchased from the buyer, but not for the return shipping cost.
